Response to Mallory

This video clip is definitely very humorous in nature.  The way the main character interacts with the camera is very amusing.  Also, the way the characters at the end come out after the skit is supposed to be done is a great way to add another layer to the message they are trying to get across.  Mallory uses incongruity theory to explain this clip and the way that everyone knows water is free from a faucet but he is acting as if he is the only one who knows about it.  I personally saw more superiority theory in this video as he is talking as if he knows more than everybody else.  There is one message that the video could have been hinting on that Mallory did not hint on.  That is that the use of plastic water bottles is very wasteful and bad for the environment (I write this as I am drinking one but oh well) and this could be a video to show people it costs less to drink from the sink and will help the environment.
